When did you feel that you "arrived" as an orthopaedic surgeon?

When did you begin to feel comfortable saying "I'm an orthopaedic surgeon" without feeling fraudulent to a certain extent? Was it when you became a senior, a chief, an attending, or even from day one of intern year (lol)?

If you're introducing yourself as an orthopedic surgeon as a resident, that's incorrect
