When Do We Pay for USMLE Transcript Fee?

Just wondering, because I see this on myERAS:

Authorized Release Yes
Automatic Retransmission Yes
Transcript Fee Paid Not Yet
Assigned to at least 1 program Yes


But I can't find where I can pay for Transcript Fee...

You pay it when you submit your application.

And once we've paid are our scores released instantly to the programs or is there a time period which would result in incomplete applications?

It's very quick, 1-2 days at the most.
