When does AMCAS actually look over your transcript?

I have a question: After sending in your transcripts (And getting the notification email that they were received), when does AMCAS actually start entering your grades?

I just got an email back from an SMP program saying that although my transcript says I got a 1 credit hour lab in orgo, my university webpage says its 2 credit hour. It turns out, that they just changed it to 2 credit hours the semester after I took it, which is some bull**** because my university only offers 1 orgo lab course, and the adviser insists that's all you need.

AMCAS uses links to the college catalog of the year you took the course. This wont be an issue

As part of your primary AMCAS application, you will manually enter your classes and grades for any college-level classes you have ever taken. After you submit your primary AMCAS application, AMCAS will verify the coursework you entered with your transcripts (aka the verification process).

If you submit early, this process could take hours to days. If you wait until later in June, it may take weeks to move up through the verification queue.

Appreciate the help folks. I hope this won't be an issue, but i'm sure adcoms understand. There is no university in my area that offers a second orgo lab on it's own, except one private university that has a high ass tuition. It's just not feasible. Plus, my premed adviser at my university said that students have no trouble getting into med school with just our lab...so if anything i'll just blame him, lol.
