If you’ve submitted secondaries and have your required LORs submitted to AACOMAS, is your app considered complete? Or do you have to wait until all of your LORs are in?

Schools usually send you an email that your app is complete. Usually this means all supporting material (MCAT, sec app, letters) have RECEIVED by the admission office. For some of my schools, it took a few days after I submitted my app to be considered "received"

That's what I figured. I just received my "app is complete" email from one of the schools. Good to know that I don't need to stress about my other LORs because they're taking FOREVER.

Yeah as long as your letters have been completed it should only be within the time frame the school gives you in terms of when your application will be considered complete (few days, a week, etc). For example, my letters and everything have been completed for a while so I assume someone on their end just goes through and makes sure everything has been received from AACOMAS, then they contact you again stating that your application is complete.
