when is the day of this month that the people who are accepted to several schools have to decide which school they will enroll? i heard 15th of this month. anyone knows? thanks

Seeing as this is the first time they've tried this...I don't think there is any real set date.
The schools will contact each individual who has multiple spots held and give them a date by which they are supposed to decide. The date that people have been giving for this is theoretically the 15th of May, but I'm sure that varies greatly depending upon when the school contacted the student and how long the school gave the student to decide.
