When is the exact due date for the PharmCAS application?

I apologize for the confusing thread topic, hopefully the following explanation will make more sense!

My question is, what is the exact due date that you should have everything esubmitted to PharmCAS? The deadline for the school I'm applying to is Dec. 2nd, so does that mean I have to factor in the 4 week verification time it'll take for PharmCAS to complete everything (Meaning I have to submit everything by the end of October), or does it count for when I esubmit my PharmCAS app? (So I can wait until November to hit submit).

I have mostly everything done, just waiting on one last reference and transcript before I can esubmit, so I'm not crunched for time but I just wanted to be clear on how it works!

"The PharmCAS degree program deadline indicates the date that your application, official transcripts, and references must be received by the PharmCAS office. This is NOT the deadline by which your verified application must arrive at your designated degree programs...."

The above explanation found under "deadlines" did not help me, so I called the college I was applying early decision to.
I think that may be the easiest thing to do?
