When is to late to apply?

When does everyone think it is to late to apply to schools? I have a 3.3 gpa but still haven't taken the DAT yet, so I was planning on just waiting till next year😕. But if I take the DAT in late Oct. and get my apps started, do you think I will be able to land any interviews?

I think once you get everything completed and did really well on the DAT, it will be November and that's just too late considering that it feels like most of the seats are awarded to pre-December 1st interviews.

So even if you were fortunate enough to land an interview, you would be competing for a spot on the alternate list.

My 2 cents, kill the DAT and wait for next year. Get your stuff together early so you can submit early.

I agree with Point, why would you waste your time and money trying to apply last minute for this cycle when you would have a significantly higher chance of getting in next cycle? I mean if you murdered your DAT and got an interview from one school would that be as good as applying next cycle and getting several interviews? I say save your money and apply next cycle that way you can make sure you have an optimum chance of landing interviews from schools you actually want to go to.
