when is too late...for submitting application

If your app materials will not be ready for the SF match by Sept, when is too late to apply? I know there are deadlines, but how much does it hurt a candidate to submit all their materials a month later?

It's difficult question to answer. I know of people who applied pretty late and matched.

You already know the answer. The get application in as soon as you can.
