When new MCAT scores come in, do ADCOMS review your whole app again?

If I were to submit a secondary this month and my new MCAT score is received in July, would ADCOMS re-review my app? Or would they see I have a score pending and just wait to get the score before they review anything?

I see. So there's an argument to be made that it would be more beneficial to wait until the new score comes and then submit most/all secondaries, right?
