When requesting transcripts for AMCAS did you use their service on their site ?

Or can you just do it all via email so it goes a lot faster ?

I used their transcript request form. But my school doesn’t allow students to request transcripts on-line, so I had to go to my registrar's office in person anyway.

I used my schools' online request forms. Zero problems.

I read somewhere that using the AMCAS form puts your AMCAS ID# on the transcript and that this speeds processing. It might not be that important, though, if other people haven't had problems skipping the form.
