I just bought Uworld and USMLE rx Qbank.
I'm currently doing Pathogenesis in 2nd year, it's a 2 week course over the basics to prepare us for the organ systems.
Then will do the basics of pharmacology for 2 weeks (07/29-08/09)
Complete microbiology for 6 weeks from (08/13-09/20).
Then finally we will begin Organ systems (which will also contain a mixture of everything from Pathology to Pharm for the systems) towards the end of September (09/23) starting with Renal then Heme/Onc, Endocrine, Respiratory, Cardio, Gastro, Behavioral Science (psychiatry), women's health, musculoskeletal, Nervous system.

Q1) When exactly do I start using Qbank?
Q2) When do I start annotating First Aid?

I tried to do some qbank questions from Uworld and USMLE rx but a lot of it was from material that I haven't even touched on. I don't know how to find the very basics of pathogenesis on the qbank since everything is so integrated. So yeah I don't know what to do?

EDIT:- My biggest dilemma is that I've pretty much forgot all of M1 material.

How do you do in classes? Have you been working hard past 2 years? Honestly you can just work hard in your classes and use dedicated study to do qbank. Look at my post in the step 1 experiences thread for my opinion on things.
