When should I take DAT?

I'm looking at June 25th and July 3rd as my DAT dates. Which is better? I'd rather have the 3rd of July...

Also, I am reapplying. Can I submit my application before taking the new DAT? How does that work?

I really don't think a week will make a difference. Pick the date when you think you'll be ready.
