At what point could we consider our chances of an interview minimal for the TMDSAS schools?

You realize that TAMU has sent two rounds of interview invites, UTSA one, and Houston two right? With your 3.3 you probably won't be a first round interviewee and that is okay. Seriously check out UTSA and houston's page. 4.0 & 24+. Just be patient. I wouldn't worry until October.

I’ve looked but I am not sure where you are talking about. Do they have a specific section in regards to admission updates?

Check the threads on SDN. You can figure this stuff out pretty easily when you notice the interview invitations and dates are 1-2 weeks apart regularly
