After having 3 pre-dec interviews, I was put on the waitlist for all 3.
After having 2 post-dec interviews, I was told by admissions I would have an answer ~Feb 15th or later.

Worst case scenario, when should I start my next plan of action? And what should that action be?

My optimistic side says anything can happen and you'll see movement in April so keep a positive outlook until then. On the other hand, in the scenario that you don't get accepted (knock on wood), the end of February would be a good time to start improving your application and preparing for next cycle. If you need to take classes in spring, extra volunteering, getting LORs again, April would be too late.

I'm in a similar position as you and I've been torn about this too. Good luck bud!

Hope for the best but plan for the worst.

Id start thinking of ways to improve now, so if you have to apply again youll be ready when application season begins. If you get off the waitlist in the meantime then that'll be great.

Thanks! Good luck to you as well. Trying to stay positive, but when schools are still giving out interview invites and follow up with acceptances while you're on the waitlist, it puts you in a tough position.

That makes perfect sense, it won't hurt to start now. Any suggestions??

you need to figure out the areas of weakness first and then work on those. Contact the admissions and tell them why they didn't accept you and get feedback.
