When to start looking for housing?

Realistically, when would be too late to start looking for housing? No schools in particular...

I'd think June would b too late. U have kids that pick up summer housing for summer classes and then carry into the semester. I'd say start before spring term ends

Honestly, I've found it pretty hard to secure an apartment until the month before you are going to move in.

Most people give a 1 month notice to their landlord that they will be vacating.

I personally feel that it's never too early to start looking....
