I will be gradating in May 2015 and I want to start med school right away.

Are you done with your prereqs? When will you be done by?

My advice is to avoid taking the 2015 MCAT at all costs. Last date for old MCAT = Jan 2015.

I would aim for next April so that you have time to retake it if necessary without postponing your application.

But like Agent B said, taking it when you're ready is the most important thing. I took the MCAT 2 months after I originally planned, and I'm very glad I postponed.

But I will still be taking around 15 credit course load in Fall' 14

Is Jan 2015 the last month for MCAT? I thought I read somewhere that it was Dec 2014...
Does that mean all MCAT tests during January will be the old MCAT?

There's no MCAT in Dec. Last date is Sep.

Yes. New MCAT starts rolling in Mar 2015.
