When will I get an interview?

Hi,

Anyone who got an interview or got accepted to NYCOM, Touro NY, PCOM, UMDNJ or WVSOM how long did you guys have to wait for an interview after you sent in your secondary application? I know I applied pretty late this cycle but when I received my secondaries from each school I immediately sent them back. For most of the schools I sent in my secondaries about 3 weeks ago and still have not received an invite. Could they have just ruled me out of interviews? I am going crazy here 🙁

Also, Touro was the only school that sent me their secondaries later than most schools (about last week) and they just received my secondaries. I don't know if it is true but does Touro NY only give secondaries for people who get interviews?

I received interviews at NYCOM and TUNCOMNY. These both came around the end of October. I was complete at touroNY around mid September. NYCOM I was complete after my interview invite.

I was complete at UMDNJ August 8th and PCOM Sept 6th. Still haven't heard from either school.

I don't believe TouroNY is offering interviews for every secondary anymore.

Sorry I am little confused you said at NYCOM you were complete after your interview invite. What do you mean by complete? Like you got your interview even before you completed your secondary? Also, when did you finish your secondary for NYCOM around mid September too?

Yes, I received an interview from NYCOM before my secondary was submitted. In fact, I still haven't submitted my secondary but they told me I just needed to complete it prior to my interview (in January). They also start interviews much later in the season (they started interviewing in Nov).

Complete means they have everything: primary, secondary and LORs.

It took about a month and a half for me. Sent out secondaries Oct1, got interview invitation nov 14
