I was just sitting around wondering when the USC admissions committee will start sending out acceptances. I don't remember them telling us at the interview and it's been almost two months. If any of you guys know I would really appreciate it if you share the news! =)

I was under the impression that it would be roughly a month. I don't know where I heard that, though ... not from the school. I only interviewed there a week ago.

Wait, are you talking about the University of Southern CA or the University of South Carolina?

oh I'm talking about the University of Southern California =)

I think I heard "early-mid January." Don't remember where I got that from though 🙂

i interviewed 10/15 and got an acceptance on 11/22

Damn, I guess I was wrong 🙁 Oh well, hopefully that just means that I'll get my acceptance sooner :luck:

in case you care, i was notified with a big packet (a USC medical school booklet thing and other papers) via snail mail.

Wish i wouldn't have known that. Now the skinny envelope alone will say it all. 🙁

cheer up. you never know what the adcoms are thinking or doing. Besides, USC has a relatively good ratio of acceptances/interviews.

Agreed, I believe it's the best ratio in CA (on the order of 65%), except for maybe Loma Linda.
