Are you talking about the comprehensive review package?

Or the set of 1001 questions on each topic?

If you had a choice between the two, which would it be?

comprehensive review

I started studying using the ExamKrackers materials (comprehensive review with 101 VR passages booklet) and they seem to be really great. I bought the sample exams and prepping to buy the AAMC exams as well. I didn't buy the Audio Osmosis. Is the Audio Osmosis a regurgitation of the Lectures or do they add other "tips"? Should I buy AO?

Definitely go for the comprehensive review package. Also get Audio Osmosis. It's meant to supplement the review books, so no, it's not merely an audio copy of the books. The two together are meant to cover a broad range of learners, from readers to auditory.
