so whens the first day to submit to make it on time for the first cycle. like turning all transcripts LOR....etc in to have it sent out first?

To be on the safe side, I would say June 13th. Provided that the first mailing is on June 24th.

This is because submission is not instant. AADSAS has a processing time for grades, DAT scores, and possibly LORs. Processing time seems to be about 10 days (4 weeks maximum) for each of these categories.
