I thought it would be nice to connect with other LGBT members and share their experiences on here. I am interested in seeing the experiences you have had in med school. Were most students accepting? Did you go to a conservative school (i.e. U of Tennessee)? If so, how was that?
Did the faculty treat you any differently? Was it hard to make friends/find relationships because of your location of med school (my biggest concern at this point)?
