Where Are the Lady Orthodontists?

Where I live, there are no lady dentists/orthodontists (my orthodontist is a guy too...). Why is this? Any ideas?

The orthodontists that work in the office I go into are all male, except for their ortho assistants! All females! Maybe I'll change that! I'll have hot ortho male assistants!
