Where are your interview pens now?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I'm inclined to believe this one takes the cake.

Anyone else here use fountain pens for notes? Im not the only one... right?

In my country through primary and secondary school this is the only type of pen allowed, penmanship is everything, thus I still only use fountain pens. The task is then getting a good notebook with quality paper that holds the ink well.

My schools didn't give out pens. They gave out USB sticks.

Who's curious what other freebies other schools give? So far I've gotten pens, USBs, a shirt, and a lanyard.

I have one pen lying broken in my backpack, but I can't bear to throw it away out of superstition of what it may symbolize about the admissions outcome. Then agree, that degree of neuroticism is probably one of the reasons why I shouldn't be accepted there.

I've gotten a hat, couple bags of saltwater taffy, a bookmark, a ruler with a super troll color-changing "stress meter" that is only capable of saying you're stressed out. Pretty jelly of the USB drive!

Also super jelly of the cool items you got. I was also bribed with pouches of leftover Halloween candy by a panel speaker at one of my interviews. 🙄 it worked, no shame.
