where can I access this cycle's application? When is the first day to sumbit ?

Hello guys/gals

I would like to sumbit my application as soon as possible next application cycle since I plan traveling down to China on April for 3 months next yr.

I have some time during this winter holiday, so I would like to get a head start on filling my applications.

I've been looking around, but have no success. Where can I access the application for this cycle?

when is the first day that I could sumbit the application next year?

I hope the guys who have been there and done that can help me out. thanks so much! Good luck with getting acceptance letter!

The application wasn't available until May 18th this year or something like that. I imagine the first mailing is the end of May or early June.
