where can i get typodonts?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Ebay??? Anything you want you'd find it there eh?

A naive question getting a naive answer🙂

If you'd like to try somewhere else more reliable than eBay, call one of any dental school's bookstores. Or Pearson's Dental Supply. Or SF Dental Supply in South San Francisco... Or if you want to do business with them--Duggan's.
You can go directly to the manufacturer of your typodont if you like.

Be sure you know what you want--Columbia Dentoform? Kilgore? Frasaco? Be sure you know the model number of your typodont articulators. They work only with the same tooth model numbers. They can't be interchanged. Do you want regular teeth, colored exam teeth, composite teeth, rda exam prepped teeth or with "dentin"? Special teeth such as colored exam ones can only be bought at a dental school. Manufacturers such as Columbia dentoform won't sell you any. I know. I tried to buy from them. Got better luck at USC.

Also check on the items for sale thread in the SDN forums. You might find some teeth there.
