Where do I put in my shadowing experience?

I'm working on getting my primary submitted sometime next week and I was wondering where I would put in my shadowing of dentists?
The most logical place seems to be "Dentistry Experience" but the only problem is that it says "(limit 5)" right next to it but I have shadowed more than 5 dentists. The next place seems to be under "EC/Volunteer/CS" since that has a limit of 10, but would I be allowed to put my shadowing experience in there?
