Where Do You Send Your L.O.R's?

Sorry if I should've looked elsewhere to find this, but what agency do you send your letters of recommendation to? Do you have a choice or is one better and/or cheaper than the other? How soon do you have to have all your LOR in before you apply? Not sure how this process works so if anyone can fill me in i would appreciate it

Interfolio is optional, but I would highly recommend it. It will cost you some money. This past year is was $20 to start up and $3 per letter sent, but it is totally worth it. You know when the letters are received and when they are sent = piece of mind.
