i just got a rejection letter from Case Western 🙁, I was half expecting it because I didn't think my science gpa was high enough for thier cutoff but I was still trying to keep hope

Anyone hear anything from UAB (Alabama)?

I never filled out a supplemental or sent a check because no "officer" contacted me. 😕😕😕

Edit: my mailing date was 7/2

I haven't heard anything from them...haven't sent a check/supplemental either. My mailing date was 7/9.

I wonder why they seem to be taking so long...

I'm glad I'm not the only one, I was fearing I forgot something.
 
it took western 21 days until they finally received my aadsas😎 Must have been an actual "snail" mail🙄
 
And that person is currently located in Alabama, which to me means they are an AL resident.

You guys need to relax a little! It's early in the game 🙂

wow a lot of people had the 7/2 mail date

my stuff was mailed by aadsas on 7/23
i sent all the cheques (that i was supposed to send) yesterday though is this bad, did i send them too late? someone help?

I called Temple earlier this week. I was told they are going to send requests for app fee some time next week and start reviewing apps at the end of August or beginning of Sept.

I didn't receive a secondary from UAB until, I believe, November last cycle, and I applied in July. Supposedly if you receive on of those you are definitely in consideration. But it's an additional 75$ and asks for some interesting additional info... They will snail mail you the secondary

Yeah that's what mine says.

Also, my UM says incomplete so far.. but I'm assuming that will change after we wait 3 weeks. I'm going to contact the admissions director this week to ask if there will be a secondary. I know there has been in the past, and that there isn't any trace of one right now.. but i'm going to check just because i'm curious and want to know if we will have to do one in the future. i'll keep you posted.
 
nobody is talking about USC. what happened to that school? ive gotten nothing from them. when i log into check my application status in their website they say they cant find nothing
 
i haven't gotten anything from USC...no email, no secondary (do they have one??) but they cashed my check a lonnnnnng time ago back in early july/late june.
 
7/30 IUSD emailed me to schedule an interview the week of September 20th
(posting this on two different threads, I'm addicted to this website and obviously stoked about my interview ha)

I, too, haven't heard anything from USC. I recently emailed Brian Steele from that application status page, and here is what he said on 7/28:

"We are just getting data in from AADSAS, so we should be populating the website shortly.

You will receive a confirmation from us once we receive your materials."


So I hope we'll be hearing something soon.

Just reply to your contact--mine is Michele. The IU staff is incredibly helpful and friendly so if you ever have a question just ask.
 
soooo i still havent gotten a login or anything from ASDOH even though i submitted my secondary last week and had my fee paid even before that. is this normal or should i call?

Not sure if anyone has responded to your question but it took me about 2 1/2 weeks to get a login code back from them...after I submitted my money and secondary....=

Strange, I haven't heard anything yet regarding the reception of my AADSAS application from them and I was in the first mailing batch. :scared:

My AADSAS account was updated though a while back that my application was received/under review.

What did your email say exactly, if you don't mind sharing?

I also am applying to the U of MN and received an email from them dated July 19th basically stating they had received my AADSAS app and included a link to their supplemental app. It also said to send 3 LORs and DAT scores to them. I emailed them asking if we need to send our the LORs and DAT score if they are already included in AADSAS and they said there is no need. Anyhow, if you want to see the exact email I received PM me and I can cut and paste it for you.

should I have received secondaries from UCLA/UCSF? My mailing date was 7/30 and I took the DAT for the first time on 7/27. Will I get secondaries from them before or after they receive my DAT score?

I think for UCSF you will have to wait until they get your DAT score because I went on a dental school tour before and the person presenting said that they have a screening process where they will need your DAT score to know that you at least have 17 in each section (along with other requirements they want, such as a dentist's LOR) to let you move forward in their review process

Anyone heard from U washington??? it says on their timeline that they will send out secondaries starting july and i havent got anything. does that mean i am out of the pool?

lol ur mailing date was 7/30? you wont get your secondaries for about 3 weeks

Yup same email. Also, I sent the supplemental a week or so ago and my check hasn't been cashed yet.

😕 Nova STILL hasnt showed up on AADSAS for me and im from the 7/9 mailing. sent them the supplemental 7/14. Why are people after my mailing getting AADSAS updates? i called Nova and they said they either havent updated my status or havent gotten to me yet, but that doesnt seem right.

anyone in my position?

mailed on 7/9 but no updates on AADSAS
 
Nova app denied 7/23. They didn't wait for my retake, oh well.
