Where should I apply? TX resident

1st semester - 3.02
2nd semester - 3.46
3rd semester - 3.47
4th semester - 3.48
5th semester - 3.56
6th semester - 3.9
sGPA - 3.4 / GPA - 3.5

DAT: 21 AA 22 TS 20 PAT 21 RC 21 QR

150 hours shadowing
50 hours working as dental assistant
Leadership roles in undergrad
Member of club soccer team at school
Active member in ASDA and pre health organization at school since freshman year

I am tx resident, where should I apply other than tx schools to ensure I have a good chance to get in somewhere?

Apply to cheaper OOS schools that have a tendency to accept OOS students. Don't apply to any programs that you wouldn't attend if it was your only acceptance.
 
I had SLIGHTLY higher DAT and GPA than you and I only applied to the 3 TX schools. If you think you're a solid candidate, apply early and apply in state and you should be good. It's slightly risky but I think you should be fine. My idea was to apply in state the first time around and then if I don't get in the first time, I'll apply to like 50 schools the next year. It's just expensive and tedious to apply to so many schools if you're a solid candidate, which I think you are.
