Where should I take my prerequisite classes for pharmacy school? I plan to go to University of Southern Nevada (which is now Roseman), and I plan to do only the required prerequisites and nothing more. I'd also prefer not to go to a community college.

Also, money is of little object to me because of my, uh, parents. Where could I go that would give me that best education?

Choose someplace in a location you like that's affordable.

For what it's worth, I don't personally see any difference in performance between my classmates based on which type of school they attended or where they went to school. Most of the differences in ability so far seem to stem from how recently people took their prerequisites, which prerequisites they took, and how hard they studied. Perhaps I am biased, as I did take most of my prerequisites at an inexpensive community college, but I have also studied at universities, and would be hard-pressed to find any advantages in the classes themselves at one school vs another.

Your mileage may vary, but a lot of learning is based on the individual student, not the school.

You should go to the most overpriced UNIVERSITY where you will probably be raped up the backside while you blow your parents heard earned cash partying and getting drunk 7 out of 7 days of the week while trying to chase some semen receptacles.

JK, but it seems alot of kids at Universities fall into this habit.
Go to the cheapest place you can go to.

Hahahaha you couldn't have said it better!

If you really want a bachelors degree, stick with a public four year university. If it's all about pre-reqs, stick with your local CC. Bust some tail at the CC, save a ton of money, and apply to pharm school. If you want to take some higher level courses that aren't offered at the CC, then just take a few at a public four year university (for instance biochemistry, immunology, etc). Hope this helps!

Go to a community college. There are a lot of really nice community colleges with more resources and awesome opportunities. Classes are smaller too.

Why not just go to UNLV. Its only a couple miles away from Roseman. You can definitely get all your pre-reqs done there and apply. Plus, you would have already settled in while taking your pre-reqs instead of settling in while you start Roseman.

Las Vegas and Henderson are right next to each other.
