You realistically have a shot at some schools. I got into two schools with a 61 PCAT, but my GPA (over 160+ hours) hovers around a 3.7. The PCAT did not get me in, my GPA did.
Your best shot, however, is improving your PCAT score because your GPA is pretty fixed if you have a lot of credits. As for other parts of your application, it goes without saying that you should get pharm experience somehow. Do whatever you have in your power to outshine others. Also, be flexible about which schools you would like to attend. It is your job to see which schools would REALISTICALLY consider your application with your combined GPA/PCAT scores. Look into private schools.
