i dont have great stats (68 pcat.. 3.0 gpa) but i really want to apply this year could you guys please help me and give me a list of schools that i might have a chance in?

I think most schools require atleast a 70 PCAT. I dont know of any that will take a 68. I think you should retake it 🙂

Every school is different and there is no magic answer. I know someone who got into a top 15 school with a 68 PCAT. She had a BS in Bio with a Chem minor and also had over a 3.5. But the 68 didn't hurt her.

Best to consider the "whole picture" and if it's decent, go ahead and apply. Different schools have different priorities and different means of evaluating applications.

try new schools - pacific U, touro, (old school) nova (they interviewed a person with 41% pcats)

You realistically have a shot at some schools. I got into two schools with a 61 PCAT, but my GPA (over 160+ hours) hovers around a 3.7. The PCAT did not get me in, my GPA did.

Your best shot, however, is improving your PCAT score because your GPA is pretty fixed if you have a lot of credits. As for other parts of your application, it goes without saying that you should get pharm experience somehow. Do whatever you have in your power to outshine others. Also, be flexible about which schools you would like to attend. It is your job to see which schools would REALISTICALLY consider your application with your combined GPA/PCAT scores. Look into private schools.
