Where to apply?

I am very interested in radiology, but my board scores aren't that great. I am willing to apply literally anywhere in the country; however, I don't want to spend a bundle of money on places where I have no chance of getting accepted. So, I was wondering if there is a book, website, or some other source I could use to figure out which programs to which I should apply? Thanks very much!
