Where can i buy achiever and top score ? Who makes these books and are they just practice qs or contain study/ review notes?

I've seen many posts saying that Achiever is overkill and that the questions on TopScore are more on par with the difficulty of the actual test. I bought TopScore and it works fine running it through Parallels on my Mac. I just downloaded the trial version of Achiever, and it seems pretty good. I'm planning on buying the 3 test version of Achiever as well.
