Where to check if OAT scores have been sent?

Good morning guys! I was wondering where do I check if my OAT scores have been sent? By the looks of it, I don't think schools have received my official scores yet so I was wondering what could be the problem. I took my OAT on 10/06/2017. I check the OAT website and under the "Date Tested" section, I see my test with a status of "posted". However, I see nothing on the OptomCAS website/application. I have been looking and looking but I have found no option on OptomCAS to see if my OAT scores were submitted. Any help for peace of mind would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Go on the ADA/OAT website. My account > log in
Then for your test under 'applications' click the 'display' button under 'details'. That will give you the processed/received date for your scores.

It has a processed date of 10/18, no received date. Does that mean I still have to wait patiently? SALUS sent mean an email on 10/24 stating they haven’t received my scores yet.

I believe the processed date indicates that the scores were either received by or at least sent to the schools, so yeah just be patient and keep checking up on them for updates. Maybe even check with the oat test company or prometric to make sure info and everything is good. For me, I sent unofficial scores to a couple schools early and got interviews. Then when my scores were processed on the 24th, I received another interview a week later. Hope this helps.

Yes. I think you have to go to the ADA/OAT website and click 'score and audit information' from the menu on the left then click 'request your score' and finally it'll take you to the page where you can select the institutions to have your oat scores sent to, but I believe it'll cost extra per selection.

Ah thanks so much. You're right, I didn't realize there was a limit to schools
I don't intend to apply to all the schools I initially indicated so emailed them. Its doubtful, but hopefully they'll let me swap some schools.

Just as an update in case anyone was wondering. But they replied and let me know that once you submit, the school list is fixed. And to add any schools you'll have to pay to for each one.

Not when you’re first registering for the test, those are free. After the test, however, yes you have to pay for each school I believe as Luc was saying.

No the processed date, I presume, is the date that your scores are processed and have been sent to/received to the schools. When the school officially receives and adds the scores to your file may vary from school to school.
