where to find Bachelor completion?

late 30s, earned AS at community college, earned several allied health certificates, and LVN. Science courses >7 years ago. Living in Washington. Had lots of college credits, included repeats (prerequisites to go after allied health training programs). I'm still poor as living cost high, cost to give care to parents high, working hours/distance limited. Would like to get a Bachelor (any major).

Please help me with advice on where to apply? Prefer online so I could continue working & earn wages for family. Is there any quick-bachelor completion? Or really cheap? how long?
