This might have been asked before, but on the application are you placings observorships under Work experience or Volunteer experience?

Did you get paid?

If the answer is no, it's not a work experience.

It's a work experience. I believe at the top of the page on that section of ERAS it clearly says list all medical learning activities under work experience. I may have read this on another forum though.
