I have a case report that I'd like to submit of an elderly gentlemen with bilateral hip dislocations (posterior) but I don't know where to submit it. I'd prefer EM or critical care journals. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Talk to your school faculty about an appropriate journal.

Dont bother with critical care journals as this is Not a critical care case

JEM and JEMTAC come to mind. Why is this posterior hip dislocation new? A quick Google search of "bilateral posterior hip dislocations" reveals several articles on the subject.
