Realistically, we need budget cuts to come from somewhere. Hopefully the curbs on hospital reimbursement for outpatient services will slow down their swallowing up of outpatient practices.

Didn't read the article, don't know what it's about. But responding to the headline ... the kind of "help" the AMA provides isn't really help at all. I quit giving those wankers money 5 or 6 years ago. They don't represent me.
