Which address should I list for letters of eval: Institution or author?

    When they [AMCAS] ask for the address, should I put my school's address or their home address? All my letters are affiliated with the school.

    Put their office/departmental address. If you somehow have a recommender's home address, that's where you send a thank you card after you see they've sent their letter into AMCAS/interfolio/etc.
