Which chapters from Robbins BASIC Pathology are relevant?

Which of the chapters from Robbins Basic Pathology (not the huge book) are relevant for Step 1? There are a lot of chapters, so I don't want to do them all if it's not necessary.

Currently in first year making Anki cards from Robbins for each block we're in. Comes out to like 2 pages a day, so really not a lot of effort.

I really don't understand why SDN is so against Big Robbins. It's not that hard to read and the pictures/captions are amazing. You just need to find the time for it.
