Which Chapters to read from Okeson ?

everyone knows that its best to read TMJ from Okeson.
I wanted help regarding [B]exactly which chapters [/B]do we need to read from okeson.

Part 1 of the book says FUNCTIONAL ANATOMY-
1. fUNCTIONAL anatomy and biomechanics of the masticatory system.
2. Functional neuroanatomy and physiology of the masticatory system.
3.Alignment and occlusion of the dentition.
4. Mechanics of Mandibular Movement.
5. Criteria for optimum functional occlusion.
6. Determinants of occlusal morphology.

I would suggest that if you want to read specific areas the board test is covering, take a look at the end of the candidate guide regarding NBDE 1 or NBDE 2 from the ada.org website.
