which drug for skin graft rejection?

    and what kind of tapering schedule is there if any?

    Well, skin grafts don't reject, they fail. If your skin graft failed, you need to investigate why. The most common reasons for skin graft failure would be infection, hematoma/seroma, shearing, and poor surgical technique (inappropriate bed being the most common problem). No need for drugs.
