Which email to use for Interfolio?

Should the email I use for Interfolio match the email I use for AMCAS? Does it matter? Worried that my email from interfolio will go to spam when I request LOR if its from an account with a personal email attached.

Well you can't now but you can put in alternate emails I thought. I have to check.
