which eu is better for me?(urgent)

Im non eu medical grad, my medical education was in english. I'm in europe right now and I will apply for asylum.

Considering my profession, which country is better.of course I d have to learn a new language and pass qualification . I m trying to make the right choice,learning a new language is not something u do everyday.Things to consider

Salaries
Working hours and conditions

Holland
Norway
Sweden
Germany
Please explain why?any other suggestion?
