Which GPA breakdown is better?

Overall GPA: 3.84
Freshman GPA: 3.0
Sophomore GPA: 3.78
Junior GPA: 4.0

OR

Overall GPA: 3.84
Freshman GPA: 3.75
Sophomore GPA: 4.0

It looks like the first one shows more of an upward trend, but the second one shows more of a reliable consistency.

right now, the second one of course. But that doesn't include junior year grades.. If junior year tanks, there goes consistency. Either way, I think both are pretty solid GPA's.
