Which GPA do schools look at

If I have had to retake a few classes at my school, do dental schools look at the GPA with all my classes ("actual gpa?") or would they look at my gpa with the classes I retook replacing the bad grades

Also do they emphasize more on science GPA or overall or both?

all your classes you've ever taken

And they look at both sGPA and overall, but since it's a science-based profession I figure they probably care more about your science-related classes like Orgo and Chem rather than say basket weaving

At one of the schools I interviewed at my ‘manila folder’ file had my science GPA scribbled on it alongside my DAT score.
