Which is best???

Which school is best to apply out of state: Mich. State or Penn State.
Mich. State has lower numbers, but I was thinking that because they accept only about %19 out of state you need stellar numbers, where Penn accepts around %41. ANy advice??????

definitely go for penn state. lower numbers mean nothing. just look at howard and meharry. you think everyone higher than their average gets admitted? i say more available seats is much more important than just the average. michigan state also sucks in that they won't tell you if you're getting a secondary until you pay them first...****tiest school ever. 😡

Drexel takes about 250 but also has well over 7000 apps. What are your thoughts on that???

everyone bashes on drexel, but it's one of the few schools where everyone has a legit chance of getting in even with low numbers are and so it gets a lot applications. u should apply too just because it's everyone's safety school. it's a huge class and most of the top acceptees will not choose to attend there anyway, leaving more seats available more marginal applicants.
