I NEED HELP!!! I was just recently accepted into the LECOM BS/DO program and I am trying to figure out which LECOM campus to go to. Some things to keep in mind: I've lived in Florida forever so I don't want to go to the Jacksonville or Bradenton campus, Also I want to match into a competitive specialty like Anesthesia or Derm. Which LECOM campus (eerie, seton hill, or elmira) would be the best option for me to go to if I want to match into a competitive specialty?

Depends a bit on how they do clinical rotations at each campus. My guess would be erie since they have near by hospitals to get on projects in your early years

Just ask them which one is better for research opportunities. They were straightforward with me when I asked during my interview many moons ago. I was interviewing at seton hill and the answer then was Erie. Don’t know anything about Elmira.

Why are you picking campus now? I was under impression you need to do it during your junior year at college, no?
Also, if your ultimate goal is a competitive specialty, I am not sure DO school is a good fit for you. Not saying it is impossible, but you already disadvantage yourself from the start.
