Hi, I'm deciding which professor to ask for a letter. I have a professor at UCLA who just knows me from office hours and can give me an ok letter.
Then I have a professor at my community college that I transfered from that can give me an amazing letter. He knows me much more in and out of the classroom. In previous letters he's put that I'm the best student he's had in 20 years.
The question is who should I ask? The community college professor can write a great one, but would the med school not weigh it as much because he's not from a 4 year university?
I'm really torn on this, Please give me your honest oppinions!
PS: both are chemistry professor, I'm a biochem major. Also the LOR from a nonscience professor is going to be from a UCLA professor.
